UK DELIVERY SERVICE
The standard home delivery charge to London and the Home Counties (counties closest to London) is £80 plus VAT per order. Oficina Inglesa will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a date and time of your convenience for the home delivery to take place. On the day of the delivery, the furniture is unloaded, placed in a room of your choice, unpacked and the packaging is removed from the property.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
Oficina Inglesa will deliver anywhere in the world, but a carriage fee will be applied to all furniture and accessory deliveries. For orders outside the UK, the transport cost of an order is based on the weight and size of the items. For packaging, air/sea shipping and/or home delivery quotes, please contact Oficina Inglesa.
LEAD TIME
The lead time on most products is 5-8 weeks, including bespoke and custom-made pieces. Upon the placement of an order, Oficina Inglesa provides each customer with a guide as to the expected delivery date of the products. The lead time will vary depending on the size of the order and the customer’s location in the globe. If you are considering placing an order and wish to confirm the lead time for your products, please contact Oficina Inglesa. In case you require a delivery by a specific date, please do contact us to let us know your deadline and we will try our utmost to accommodate this.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All Oficina Inglesa products are duly packed and boxed before being transported. Upon the arrival of the goods in the final destination, Oficina Inglesa will contact the customer to arrange the delivery of the goods at a date and time of the customer’s convenience.
Once the customer has signed for the goods, this signifies that the customer has inspected the goods, checked that all items are present and in an acceptable condition. If someone other than the purchaser is accepting the goods on the purchaser's behalf, Oficina Inglesa cannot be held liable for their failure to correctly inspect the goods or that all items are present and in acceptable condition.
Should a customer miss a delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery or, alternatively, collect the items from an assigned collection point. In this case, transport and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your furniture is ready and you are unable to accept delivery we reserve the right, after 10 days, to charge a storage fee of 1% of the total order value per day.
PRODUCT DIMENSIONS
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all door ways, ceiling heights and staircases to ensure that the items ordered will fit into the home or space available. For your convenience, Oficina Inglesa provides the clear dimensions of our products on the website.
RETURNS
Because Oficina Inglesa offers a bespoke service and our designs are made to your personal specifications, the statutory seven (7) day cancellation period under article 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If you place an order from outside the European Union, your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when your product reaches its final destination. Local Customs office will inform you if that is the case. The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes in all cases, unless specified in the Contract by Oficina Inglesa.
DELIVERY TERMS
Oficina Inglesa reserves the right to change the shipping delivery terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
